How live tracking works
Customers
Sign in to your customer dashboard and open your active delivery to see status updates and the driver’s shared location. The map refreshes every 10 seconds.
Open my deliveries ↗Drivers
Dispatch assigns the load to your ChatGPT sign-in email. Sign in with that email, open the assigned load, tap Start live location sharing, and allow location access. You control when sharing starts and stops.
Open driver workspace ↗Dispatch
Assign the driver’s sign-in email to the delivery, then open its order to follow the shared location. Reassigning the load clears the previous driver’s location. Sharing stops when the delivery is completed or cancelled.
Open logistics desk ↗Location sharing requires internet access and the driver’s permission. Keep the driver page open and the screen awake. Tracking may pause when the phone locks or the app is in the background. The map shows when a location is out of date.
