TAYLOR 2 TAYLOR LLC
Transportation terms.
Effective October 27, 2026 · Version 2026-10-27
These terms govern our website, ordering channels and transportation coordination services. By requesting, accepting or paying for services after receiving these terms, you agree to them, subject to applicable law and any controlling signed shipment agreement. Driver and subcontractor agreements remain separate.
1. Services and scope
Taylor 2 Taylor LLC provides or arranges local courier, scheduled route, expedited, last-mile, dedicated and hot shot delivery, depending on equipment, licensing, availability and accepted orders. We identify our carrier or broker role in the applicable shipment paperwork. A website request is not an accepted shipment.
2. Shipment information
Provide accurate addresses, contacts, operating hours, contents, quantities, dimensions, weight, declared value, access conditions and handling needs. We may decline a shipment if details are inaccurate or safety or legal requirements cannot be met.
3. Quotes and charges
We confirm availability and the final price before dispatch. Changes in cargo, route, timing or handling may require a revised quote. Waiting time, additional stops, loading help, tolls, parking, redelivery, after-hours and cancellation charges apply only when disclosed in an accepted quote, rate card or written agreement.
4. Payment
Unless a signed agreement or accepted quote states otherwise, invoices are due within 15 calendar days of issue. Notify us of a good-faith billing dispute within 30 days of receipt; undisputed sums remain payable. Late fees or collection costs require an accepted written agreement and compliance with applicable law. Online payment is available only when a confirmed amount and secure checkout are enabled.
5. Cancellations and failed deliveries
Notify us promptly of changes or cancellation. An agreed cancellation or attempted-delivery charge may apply after dispatch or pickup. If delivery cannot be completed, we seek reasonable instructions and may return or hold cargo at the customer’s expense, subject to controlling shipment documents and applicable law.
6. Packaging and cargo restrictions
Package and label cargo safely. Disclose hazardous, regulated, high-value, fragile, temperature-sensitive or oversized cargo in advance. We may reject unlawful goods, weapons, currency, live animals, human remains, controlled substances or other cargo requiring qualifications or facilities we have not expressly approved. Hazardous materials require advance written acceptance and legal compliance. Loading and securement responsibilities must be agreed for each shipment.
7. Delivery and proof
Delivery times are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. Proof may include recipient name, timestamp, electronic signature, photos and location data where lawful. Shipment contact information is used to complete the delivery. Drivers may share location during an active job; uninterrupted tracking is not guaranteed.
8. Loss, damage and claims
Cargo liability, valuation, defenses and claim deadlines follow applicable transportation law, the bill of lading and any separately negotiated written contract. These terms do not waive nonwaivable rights or unilaterally cap statutory carrier liability. Note visible damage on delivery documents when possible and promptly email shipment identification, claim details, photos and the claimed amount to us.
9. Insurance and compliance
The transportation provider must maintain insurance and licenses required for the particular service. Certificates describe coverage; they do not expand coverage or guarantee claim payment. Specialized cargo or declared-value coverage requires written confirmation.
10. Safety and site access
Drivers may refuse unsafe loading, illegal routing, insecure cargo, unsafe physical demands or dangerous access. Customers must provide safe conditions and disclose restrictions. Drivers are not required to exceed vehicle ratings or operate unlawfully. Facility access requires site authorization even when a driver holds a TWIC card.
11. Independent providers
We may use qualified employees or subcontractors as permitted by law and the customer contract. Driver and carrier obligations are governed by separate agreements. Delivery performance alone does not create an employment relationship with the customer.
12. Confidentiality and data
Nonpublic shipment, customer and pricing information is used for services, billing, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal obligations and recordkeeping. Our Privacy Policy explains website data practices. We do not acquire ownership of customer intellectual property through shipping instructions.
13. Accounts
Provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials and report suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended for misuse, fraud, security threats or material breach, consistent with law and existing contracts. Website availability is not guaranteed without a separate service-level commitment.
14. Responsibility
Each party is responsible for its negligent or unlawful acts to the extent provided by law. The customer indemnifies Taylor 2 Taylor for third-party claims directly resulting from materially inaccurate shipment descriptions, unlawful goods or negligent packaging, except to the extent caused by us or our agents. Further limitations or indemnities must be negotiated separately and cannot override nonwaivable law.
15. Disputes
First contact us to seek good-faith written resolution. Unless a signed agreement or federal preemption provides otherwise, Texas law governs general contract issues and courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas may hear disputes. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver. Mandatory transportation statutes and venue rules take precedence.
16. Changes and priority
Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively alter accepted shipments without agreement. A signed master service agreement, broker-carrier agreement, bill of lading or accepted rate confirmation controls conflicts to the extent enforceable. Outstanding payment, claims and confidentiality duties survive the end of new services.
