Information used for delivery
We collect the information you submit: name, company, email, phone, pickup and delivery addresses, shipment contents, dimensions, timing, handling instructions and reference numbers. You can submit a request without an account. Returning customer accounts use email and password after dispatch approves access and sends a one-time activation link. We store a salted password hash, not the password. Owner and driver workspaces use ChatGPT sign-in, which provides an account identifier and email and may provide a name. We use temporary form tokens and a hashed connection identifier to limit automated submissions. Do not put patient information, financial account numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in shipment notes.
Photos, signatures and location
Drivers can upload pickup and delivery photos, recipient names and signatures as proof of delivery. Drivers choose whether to share precise device location during active deliveries and must permit it in their browser. Location is available to dispatch and authorized accounts for the delivery, not through public status tracking. Sharing stops when the job is completed or cancelled, or when the driver stops it. The last recorded location may remain in the shipment record. Avoid photographing identity documents, unrelated people or unnecessary private details.
Who can access information
Dispatch manages shipment records. Signed-in customers can access deliveries linked to their account or matching verified sign-in email. Submitting a guest request does not provide access to existing customer records. Assigned drivers can access the jobs needed to complete their work. Public tracking with a matching reference and email shows status history, not addresses, photos, signatures or precise location. Dispatch can create a revocable seven-day proof-of-delivery link for a provider; anyone with that link can open the included shipment evidence until it expires or is revoked. Share those links only with intended recipients.
Service providers
Our public website uses IONOS hosting. The delivery portal uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare storage and processing. ChatGPT handles owner and driver sign-in. Customer account credentials and sessions are processed by the delivery portal. If you open a map or navigation link, the map provider receives the location or destination in that link; embedded maps use OpenStreetMap. Online payment is not currently connected. We do not collect or store card numbers or bank account numbers on this website. Any future payment service will be identified before checkout is enabled. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Use, retention and requests
We use records to quote, arrange and perform deliveries, provide proof, manage billing, resolve disputes and meet recordkeeping obligations. We retain information while needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion, email t2ttrucking@gmail.com and identify the relevant shipment. We verify requests and explain any records that must be retained. We do not use this site to sell personal information or run advertising trackers.
Cookies and communications
The customer portal uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie that expires after seven days. Signing out, a password reset, or disabling an account ends its access. Sign-in and hosting providers may also use cookies needed for authentication and site operation. This site does not add advertising cookies. Delivery updates appear in the portal; automatic email or SMS notifications are not currently enabled. An email link opens your chosen mail application; it does not send a message automatically.
Security and updates
We use access checks and private storage for delivery evidence. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected unauthorized access to t2ttrucking@gmail.com. Changes to this policy are published here with an updated date.
